The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. Important Information to Keep in Mind: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
